Well you won't be able to do anything. They will just make you run during practice, but you won't be able to go to track meets. You might run 4,3,2,1 (400m 1x, 300m 1x, etc.) Multiple 400Ms, then some sprints. If you can run the mile in less than 5:30, I think that is better because you will at least be able to compete and enjoy your experience. I think so. Most of the girls who ran track when I was in middle school (age 11 to 13 or 14 mostly) ran 14 seconds in the 100m or faster. I don't even live in a major city. If you go to school in Dallas or Miami or something like that; the people are more athletic there.Im less athletic than a girl?
