I'd say it's ~NW1 but on the weaker side. Slight indenture at the temples. Irregularity at the hair line doesn't really matter and is quite common even with NW1s. If you take finasteride now you won't have to worry about anything. It looks quite wispy but hard to say when it's buzzed tbh.

I think my hair were thicker and maybe more density at 18 but im not sure
And i always have uneven hairline and v shape
Im more worried about the lack of density and fine hair

Take a pic (videos with pauses might be better actually) of the crown area at extreme lightning, wet and dry. The hairline is uneven, but good and temples seem fine.

If this is what you have at 25 I doubt its gonna get worse.
If you are predisposed to balding it will start sometime during/at the end of puberty at like 17-18, and you can kinda predict how harsh its gonna be based on how bad it is after each year.
Yours doesn't look bad its just that you have some diffuse thinning which really isn't a big falio at the point yours is.
If I were you, I would not jump on any meds, jew pills would be absolute last resort.
