Been leanmaxxing the past few days , i am pretty much lean but noticeably lost what it looks like a shit ton of muscle to me , i just want to be full or at least have enough glycogen so im not depleted or dyel tier

what does your diet look like? as in what are you mainly eating currently?

i’m looksminned due to bulking rn.
My diet is shiet
I eat 4 eggs with bacon in the morning along with a cup of black coffee
then my next meal is my last with steak & potatoes , then i have a couple snacks like candy and shit
