It’s superior to get it from food and it’s not hard to find ngl
it works? i thought it's cope

It’s good for the skin ngl also it prevent bone loss and improve gut bacteria and makes the hair and nails shinier and healthier

Secret supplement: Black seed, I take two heaped teaspoons and on average have 7 spurts of semen when I ejaculate. At first it was watery for a while, but now it has started o become whie and mucusy again, try it.
