Im 16 and just started taking potassium,omega 3 and vitamin D3 3 days ago, i also wanna start taking ashwagandha and magnesium for better sleep because i sleep like shit and i feel like thats affecting my test, ill maybe also get multivitamins but idk about that, im just trying to focus on increasing my test and sleeping better because my sleep schedule's fucked and i doom scroll till 3 am on a school day
