What surgeon should I go to?

First, I'm planning on getting FME with Aise Cemile Cansiz in turkey. She was on JawHacks and said she sometimes tells her patients to thumbpull in order to get more advancement on one side. And that's exactly what I need. Half my face is flatter that the other half from being completely sedentary and laying on my side all day everyday and sleeping like that when I was a kid and teenager. I have fewer teeth showing on that side when I smile. The cheekbone is fatter and the mandible is at a higher angle than on the other side of my face/jaw. And the roof of my mouth is also lower and shorter on the flatter side. So she's probably one of the most experienced and open-minded orthodontists when it comes to facial asymmetry. Plus Turkey is cheaper.

Next I'm gonna need a BSSO to fix my overbite and a Le Fort II to fix my recessed orbitals and upper maxilla. Not a lot of surgeons are willing to do a Le Fort II for cosmetic reasons and I need one who is reputable and experienced. I don't want a custom Le Fort I with implants. I want to actually reposition and advance my infraorbital rims. I could always ask Aise Cemile Cansiz when I get my FME but I need to know now so I can start saving up and planning everything. I have enough to get the FME and some extra for other smaller operations but the BSSO and Le Fort II are more important and cost more. So any recommendations?
