I posted here before But I didn't get enough answers about surgeries or some general rating so I want to post again. I have been thinking rhinoplasty would be very good because I have recessed nose bridge. Only serious answers thank you

Could be both but genioplasty should suffice

@yogurt67 you have quite high dimorphism already. Definitely grow your hair out, dye eyebrows and get some skin colour.

yeah it's not really bulbous but his tip is too rounded and wide for sure

also you might wanna consider lip lift i think you should prioritize balancing your midface and by getting a lip lift you'll shorten your overly dominant philtrum and thicken your upper lip

it'll give you more appeal for sure
