I will first softmax with vitamin E + nivea but if that doesn't work what are the alternatives - I think i have lost under eye support fat stopped using retin A under it and I am not using it under eye anymore

Try MSE facemask. This will give you natural bone support. If your maxilla is well developed and you have shit genetic undereyes, get infraorbital rim implants
