What surgeries are needed to go from left to right?

- hair transplant
- jaw implant (?)
- rhino (?)
- forehead reshaping (?)

what is the change to the lips? would this require bimax, not just jaw implant? i dont see that much change in the position of the jaw (ie only the size), but my eye is untrained.

Can't you just get surgery to make your jaw larger? Implants seem silly to me.
