hoping to this in next 5-6 years or even more tbh i have to save a lot of money but could make me ascend so:
1) genioplasty+bimax and jaw implants
2) custom malar or submalar implants+bichetomy to achieve hollow cheeks
3) canthoplasty to get pct
optional: custom rim implants but still not sure if it's worth it and hair transplant to achieve lower hairline (i'm not bald but naturally have a v shape hairline)

if you genuinley want to know what im doing to ascend and what i need done to improve my looks in the realm of possibility

first list is soft maxes that i will do this year
1 keep using my skin care products
2 keep using my good hair products
3 buy some makeup to improve eyebrows
4 actually shave to promote beard growth and stubble max because i haven't shaved in a year or so and 17 but have heaps of bum fluff


now this is the real list

1 once im 23 get a bimax+bsso and get bite corrected
2 lip widening device
3 makeup on brows
4 micro neediling depending how bad scaring gets
