what surgeries can ascend me

I recently turned 21 and after saving up money for 2 years started thinking about this. I dont see any point in spending money on buying a car or some bs i dont see any value in that. If i ever would get a surgery i think the best time would be now i dont want to be 30 and surgerymax then.

Just looking for constructive criticism on how to improve my looks only with cosmetic surgeries

Nose tip rhinoplasty for a slightly more upturned nose will balance your side profile. Maybe some under eye fat grafting to minimise the dark circles.

I think your front is balanced so wouldn’t mess that up for a chance of small improvements.

thanks i would def think rhino for the tip nose would give me halo because my side is not that recessed and lefort wouldnt make that significant difference and it also cost alot. and infraorbital implants is def #1 on my list
