Start with some filler in the Gonial angles. Next you need to put on some muscle, you have a pencil neck. Then get cheek/under eye implants, oculoplastic surgeon. Then fix the rotation of your nose, it is too up turned, I don't know the exact procedure to fix this, it is an atypical rhinoplasty. Lastly the eyes, that eye area is going to impossible for you to achieve, maybe some filler in the eye brows would help, along with an upper bleph or ptosis operation. That guy on the right is only good looking because of his eye area (which is probably digitally enhanced), if you can't achieve his eye area, you might be better off starting with jaw implants to widen your lower face.

yea i might try filler in future i wanted fat transfer to my undereye to get rid of eye wrinkles. Ill get rhino as well so the nose will be upturned, for eyelashes eyebrows - mino and castor. What ur opinion

get fat graft + lower bleph (to remove excess skin), you don't want to get filler for your undereyes, as it is very tricky to get rid of if it migrates under your eyes

https://www.facetofacekliniek.nl/cosmetisch/team/johan-jansma, I am probably getting a lower bleph + saddled infra-malars at this clinic next year. But you probably don't live in the Netherlands, lower bleph is not a crazy surgery so just find a good clinic in your country.
