As for how much money you need, it depends where you get your surgery. Contrary to popular belief, splashing the cash doesn't guarantee you a good result. There are people who spent £600 on a Surgeon in Pakistan who got better result than person who spent £10k in England.

You need to find a surgeon who has lots of experience performing your target surgery

So a rhinoplasty? What else? 10% bodyfat? Okay how many pounds to lose until i get to 10% im at 125-128 rn.

That's the thing, until you get to 10% bodyfat, we can't tell you what surgery you need because we don't know what the bones look like under all that face fat.

Im worried about surgeries bc i wanna know what surgeries im gonna need in the future. I am fucked for rn and fucked without surgeries so i js wanna know how to look normal. Also how much weight to lose? Bc the only amount i have gotten suggested to me so far is to lose 50 lbs which would make my bmi a whopping 12 which stunts height and puts me at health risks.
