Hey fellas, what surgeries do I need to get to 5.25 psl with this face?

I have an overbite and overcrowding in both my jaws. I plan on getting invisalign treatment + bimax + genioplasty. Then, I plan on getting eyelid surgery and an infraorbital-implant.

Is it truly over for me? I also have a shit sense of fashion that I'm trying to work on and improve

shave bro, get contacts and more nt hair cut. your lower third isn't that bad. Besides that, rhino for a more upturned nose, cheek implants, and you would benefit from a wider mouth but idk if you're recessed enough to justify jaw surgery

Impossible to predict IMO. The important thing is you have a lot of room to grow. Trust me the looksmaxing journey is worth it. Also lift weights and eat a high protein diet if you’re not already.
