What surgeries do I realistically need to touch high mtn at least

What do I realistically need for my side and front? For example I have been told a couple times that I have a narrow jaw. I look deformed apparently.

I am planning on getting brow ridge implants, canthoplasty, genioplasty and rhino plasty and alarplasty to fix my subhuman side. I have a reccesed chin and shitty nose it pisses me off. I think I have a reccesed upper maxilla idk if it's like because I have a negroid skul. Are jaw implants better then just jaw surgery in terms of quality?

nah fuck genio he wont get it if anything filler is more practical but tbh his bone structure is already fine - implants are fine but risky. Rhino and good long hair would be enough for now tbh

his bone structure is fine But his jaw is too narrow he shold get implants for that or some kind of bone jaw surgery

they last and are cheap so he could just keep getting them and not have to worry about the implants getting infected which happens quite a lot, but yeah your right his jaw is narrow but he doesnt need it if he has the money for it sure but his main failos are nose and short hair which doesnt work for him if he fixed those he'll be fine
