I do, about 70% of the time. Honestly no physical activity at all

How is that fixed? My previous incompetent dentist actually put braces to pull my maxilla back to make me TOTALLY recessed, I didn't know much and am glad I got them out jfl.

Dont you see that your lower jaw is way behind? You have a gap between your upper and lower teeth. Ask a surgeon maybe. You need bsso maybe. Overbite for sure. Dont know about your maxilla
