I don't think there will be any surgery that could occur that a surgeon would perform on, it seems like you need to push your nose down, but that would most likely create breathing difficulties.

You're probably right, I want a flat nose which I think I can at least somewhat accomplish through rapid palate expansion & a possible rhinoplasty.
