Hey guys, just looking for some advice. Been lurking these forums for quite some time and trying to decide which procedures I should get and in what order.

Right now I'm going back and forth between getting a full wrap around jaw chin implant first or a revision rhinoplasty (had rhinoplasty before)

One thing I definitely need to do is lose weight. I'm like at 28% bf right now which is disgusting.

Might be better to lose the weight and then see what kind of face I'm working with.

Totally lose weight first. Also, hair transplant/fin/hair system and surgery for upper eyelid exposure. Other than that, sliding genioplasty for jaw, not implants + rhino for sure. Good luck with your looksmaxxing journey, man.

main thing you should focus on is just losing fat, 28% bf is really high

Yeah I def considered a hair transplant. Might move that up to number two after rhino being number one after what people say.

Anybody know any good revision rhinoplasty surgeons. I'm in nyc

I did a ton of research can't seem to find one that can give me the look I need.

In my 30's. Few surgeons I consulted with after said that the guy who did my surgery messed up by leaving too much cartildge and that since I have thick skin it leaves it more prone to looking bulbous
