canthoplasty for negative canthal tilt
Upper Blepharoplasty i believe can make your eyelids look a bit better (lower exposure)
not as major but eye colour changing surgery depends if it works with the rest of your face

I just looked up upper blepharoplasty and it seems to INCREASE upper eyelid exposure no? Should I get supra orbitals/infra orbitals?

Sorry autism i got it confused yeah it does increase it foids get it alot because some of them dont like hooded eyes or someshit. you can get filler in supraorbitals yeah

Do u think I should get drill hole csntho I heard it has more effect for PCT
Also is supraorbital NEEDED? Or should I only do fat grafts

Don’t know much about hardmaxxing tbh
More familiar with what makes a face look good or not

Don’t think you need supra implants
Show side maybe
Also supra implants if you already have an average brow ridge doesn’t do much for uee
Also you don’t wanna have 0 uee, you want almost 0 uee so your eyelashes can show

Lashes look fine, maybe curl them see how it looks (search a guide on here)
“need” is a subjective term
It would def look better with implants but not by much
You have to look at cost to benefit
And might not even change much from the front
Can’t really tell from this pic but don’t think you need infra implants either
If you have dark circles get fat grafts instead
Use concealer if you want until then
