I know I need otoplasty and rhinoplasty. Jaw/chin surgeries are confusing. I know I need a surgery for my jaw, but do I do BIMAX or genioplasty?
I already know it's over. I lost the genetic lottery and I want to die but I'm just going to keep pressing forwards.
