jaw & cheekbones fillers/implants & maybe genioplasty

take it with a grain of salt, You'd have to decide after researching yourself

Don't underestimate the power of leanmaxxing, look at pics of chico, he goes from mtn to chad when he leanmaxxes and debloats. Try get down to 10-12% bf, if you're face is still not lean and angular at that point consider fat dissolving injections as it means you poor fat distribution genetics.

You don't need anything else for your face.
