Forward growth is a very weird thing cuz it can in some way fuck you up and its really hard to do no surgeon is gonna be like lets try this and this, zygo implants exist tho but I dont think it would work for him in this current stage.

For surgeries probably lefort 1(probably with ccw rotation?), chin wing, double jaw, zygos implants but its not gonna work with that bodyfat anyway and its risky to do so probably not worth as no one here actually does surgery
