Implants are shit they look uncanny. Lefort2 is not even a risky surgery in the right hands with best surgical outcome. But only a few do it, most maxfacs don't have the skills or they never dealt with the topic seriously because the demand is also not there.

A High cut LF1, hardly any surgeon does.. and the few that do it won't do a CCW rotation for the jaws which is arguably even more important
A LF2 they have to rip off your entire face..

I wouldn't go near Safi even though once in a blue moon he gives top tier results.
He's too hit or miss, and when he does miss it's really bad.
Also I've seen lots of horror stories about him, where the patient describes him as having said "everything will be fine", but they look uncanny af

That's my biggest turnoff to doing surgery.. if the results look uncanny, not even if they didn't look as good as they should've been.
I'd rather a moderate improvment without people telling you've done something, than looking like a Chad like toni mahfud who looks like he's had every surgery under the sun

Not many surgeons offer it bro. Tell me some, and I'll check out their results.. but as far as I'm aware it's pretty rare, no?

You're moving your maxilla and propably have rotation. These two factors would change your nose
