yeah, i couldnt breathe through my nose as a kid. Its not like my parents had crazy foward growth, but no downward growth like this. They were..normal

Not necessarily. You can achieve CCW either by impacting the maxilla (removing bone and moving the maxilla up towards the front) or by down grafting (moving the back of the maxilla down). Downgrafting will not make your face shorter.

Whole implants titanium pack (midface, browridge, orbitals, mandible)

I plan to get this from giant and his team
