What surgeries to fix these ratios other than OBO?

Dont think i need to drop exact ratios but my icd, esr, eme angle are very slightly above ideal, midface ratio is like 1.04 which is compact but not a failo apparently since ideal is 1-1.1?

Id benefit from maybe 1-2mm less IPD but 1mm more PFL would also harmonize icd

Would something like canthopexy or canthoplasty help my pfl or is obo the only way?

Yeah canthoplasty cant change ipd but i thought it might change pfl by repositioning outer corner outwards
