What surgeries will fix this eye area? (fat grafting + filler?)

My area is very close to the actor Toby Maguire (just less browridge). I am wondering if it possible to "fix" his type of eye area with only fat grafts and fillers. I am thinking of browridge and lower orbital rim fillers with fat grafting in those areas after the fact. What do you guys think?

Is it possible to see substantial improvement with the grafts and fillers though? It would only be for a year or two while I save up.

fillers can give insane but temporary result, personally I rather get fat grafting
