Right now I’m planning on getting fat grafting for under eyes and a rhinoplasty fix my nose that deviates left. My right cheekbone isn’t as prominent as my right and my whole jaw looks like it deviates to the left. I’m 6’3 so I want stuff that can give me the best possible returns as my height already helps. I am currently 19 but plan to get those 2 done once I’m out of college. I have pics posted. If I can reach htn I’m satisfied.

I’ve thought about infra implants but it looks uncanny imo that why I was opting for fat grafting. I might do that and canthoplasty. my eyes used to look like the after pic when I was younger, sucks.

I mean I've never seen a uncanny infra result besides like 2, one which the guy got a terribly designed infra implant and had zero fat in the area with thin skin so you could literally see the infra pop out and the other was a guy who got it too big and gave him a box look which did make him look uncanny but it looked better than what he previously looked like. Besides that I've seen alot of good results Taban himself has alot on his page and hes apparently a terrible surgeon. Just dont go too big and make sure you have fat in the are(you could combine the implant with a fatgraft aswell). Also fatgraft has a bad survival rate on the undereye so combining it with an implant is better
