What surgeries would address asymmetry in eyes potentially from ptosis

Ive been coping too long that ppl dont see me as asymettrical as i am in my back camera, passport photo, etc but it probably is. And its even worse cuz my bad asymmetry side is in my left which is the right side in others pov irl and its the side they look at only

My right eye has a nice positive canthal tilt and my left is neutral borderline negative tilt and looks literally placed below my right eye

Is canthoplasty, canthopexy, fat grafts, etc gonna do anything to help this?
