What surgeries would be beneficial

I turn 18 this year and I’ll be receiving my child Trust fund when that comes. I’ll have around 5k (fuck yes I’m spending it or saving it for surgery) along with the assistance of my mother, she is willing to help fund for surgery though I’m not sure how much she would be able to provide

At the moment I’m not looking for any type of lefort since I don’t have sufficient funds for that, but will be wageslaving for to hopefully be able to afford one in the future (I know…terribly downgrown but we can cope for now)

I’m currently thinking of an epicanthoplasty+double eyelid surgery done in korea, or a rhinoplasty
A lip lift would also be in the question, however my upper lip is already too big due to bimaxillary potrusion, I’m getting braces to get this problem fixed this year.


What should my first hardmax be? What would be most beneficial to my looks?

I feel like a genio first wouldn’t be as beneficial, my overbite being corrected by braces would give a little bit of projection

Start off with the eyes. It would significantly improve your front profile, which matters more than the side profile (luckily for you, as your side looks significantly worse than your front).
Lip lift next. A typical bullhorn lift is supposedly able to shorten the philtrum without augmenting the upper lip. Ask your surgeon and give him clear instructions.
Your nose looks good enough from the front. An augmentation rhino will mostly benefit your side profile.
When you have the funds, I guess a bimax with CCW rotation would improve your side profile. Same with paranasal implants.
