i think growing your hair & training your neck would do more than any surgery

your flaws are small but all over the place so there isn't any 1 surgery that would help hugely, but i think slight jaw+chin+zygo+infra implants would be the biggest improvement (maybe +.5 psl total)

great pheno though i think just with the 2 softmaxxes you'd be decently good looking
