tell me what suegeries would do what, my jaw angle is very flat and straight how could i make it more sharp, defined and pointing down instead of a straight line, I would also like to widen it since I have a narrow lowwer third, let me know if two are required one for shape one for the jaw, two is my reccesed chin, what would the difference between a chin implant and genio plasty be?
