From what ive heard my maxilla is fine, but my chin and mandible are recessed, would i not benefit more from a bsso rather than solely genio?

You need a tip rhinoplasty, which is a less invasive procedure and it wouldnt affect your ipd at all. You could combine this with a very slight lip lift.



This scarless lip lift teqnique could maybe be an option. I dont really know much about it but maybe its good

I mean he wouldnt ascend much but his side needs genio or bimax to optimize. His front wouldnt change from it. He need rhino for that.
