If you are around 16, i suggest injecting androgens, my browridge became absolutly mogger after this. You don't need bimax, as your jaw has good forward growth. What you need is lefort 2-3. The only problem that's holding everything else back is lack of worth growth of the upper maxilla. Better save up buddy boyo. you need at least 30k for this.

Btw i don't understand why everyone wants to reach CL, sure i want to be CL as well, but if i reached HTN I'd be happy also. You'll still have succes with women as long as you're not total sperg

Flat maxilla so some type of lefort. You have a good chin tho so you don’t need bimax unless you want your face to look like the fucking moon man.

Your chin projects past your lip so it’s fine. You need lefort 1 and then your mandible (as will your chin) will move forward along with your maxilla.
