What surgeries should I get to ascend efficiently ? I think I lack of forward growth, angularity on the jaw, small chin and nct, lack of zygos too ( low bone mass generally). Any opinion ?

The lighting in the 2nd pic can count as a fraud I think lol. Thx for the advices but I don’t think that the genioplasty is enough for my recessed mandible
