Jaw Angle Implants with vertical drop down

Distraction osteogenesis as another use suggested is not an option, it would move your entire lower jaw down separating your upper teeth from the bottom teeth making a posterior open bite.

Question, are jaw implants really hard to do due to having to wedge it into the masseter muscle and because of difficulties screwing the implants in? Is the malposition rate high?

The malposition rate is high at dumbasses only.

It’s very easy to put them in if you have the right techniques and use a transbuccal trocar

Could you do ramus distraction if you were going to do a bimax a few months after?
