it was an educated guess, and yes there is a surgery for it so ask your orthodontist about it and see what he says.

Because you look fine? I would consider chinwing because your jaw looks kinda narrow but maybe it’s just camera distortion

Your philtrum and midface measurements are a bit long. The Lefort 1 can both shorten the philtrum and make the midface more compact. But I don't think you really need it. ( Kanka bana kalırsa alt çenene ve çene ucuna odaklan bir de dudak kaldırma atarsın olur biter)
