There's a wide variety of options - your question is pretty vague. A better question would be where do you want the width and height?
For example, if your lower third is short, you've got a few options depending on the specific scenario of the patient. Gonion implants with a genio or a chin implant could lower the lower third by a bit, a bimax could lower the lower third, etc. If instead your midface was short then different surgeries could be proposed.
In regards to width, this once again depends on location. If the lower third is narrow, then a bsso with widening could increase width. Likewise, gonion implants can increase width. On the midface, zygomatic implants can increase perceived width.
So, there's lots of options depending on the patient's specific circumstances.
