Hardly anyone on this forum actually get's surgery but it's not some silver bullet. You get at most +2 PSL from surgery (no OBO, lefort 2 etc.)

You dont need surgery follow these instructions and leanmaxx ontop and you have heaps of potential. First softmaxx before you think about getting surgery.

Idk tbh im not a gymcell im skinny guy with muscle basically I have a slimer build naturally but used to be bigger, i just dont eat much and the stuff what i eat are quality havent eat mcdonalds and allat shit food in ages i recommend in ur case DONT EAT ANY HAMBURGER OR ALL THAT UNHEALTHY GARBAGE for a while tbh
