What surgery could help with close set eyes and long philtrum

I have close set eyes and a way over avarage monkey philtrum that look very weird irl.

I have been bullied for both things alot during my youth and I cant really find any effective surgeries or any in general to fix them even in the slightest.

Ive been thinking of lip filler on my upper lip since my upper lip is incredibly thin and makes my philtrum look worse but im not sure.

Lip lift for philtrum

orbital box osteotomy for eyes, but it is super risky and will prolly make you blind, cause infection, and/or have unwanted brain involvement. Your choice.

I have a friend whos going to get OBO in about 2/3 years since he has absolutely horrible esr but hes already a htn, I might get it after him if the riskiness goes down.
