what surgery do I get.my fucking Jew ortho said i needed to remove 2 upper premolars and didnt even GIVE me the fucking option to expand my pallet(I was clueless abt Bp at the time)now im gonna be more rescessed than i already am so I need abit of help(fuck my Jew ortho)
