What surgery do I need to have normal/good side profile?

I understand im recessed and downward grown but what surgeries are needed to fix. Ive already realized this isnt fixable naturally I need orthodontic help or surgery. As well as price

you need jaw surgery, braces alone cant fix your recession. price depends on your location/surgeon and can range from 10k-40k, braces might cost another 3-5k. if you have severe skeletal malocclusion or sleep apnea your insurance might cover one/both

Yeah im going for sleep study in a few months ive already had braces and my bite is alligned and good I partially believe thats one of the things that screwed me.
