What surgery do i need

I have recessed infras with no fat at all in my under eye giving me a poor under eye support and a shitty lower eyelid that make me look like i have a nct even tho i got a slight pct and almost give scleral show if i do some infra implants can it fix all these problems?

hard to say exactly with only the one angle but rhino would be a good start for the tip of your nose and its width, although this may be morphed by the lens distortion you claim. It looks like you have lacking under eye support so infraorbital implants could be beneficial, but id need to see another angle to be more confident

I dont have any pics bcs in any of then i squint like a retard but basically my infras are recessed and i dont have any fat under my eyes
