No surgery needed, medial zygomatic filler just to refine the light flatness in the cheekbone plane coming in laterally and dropping off in the front below your eyes, definitely could benefit from tear trough grafts but surgery would be overkill for the first part.

Not sure if you wanted more advice but you could definitely benefit from more chin protrusion in case it's below ideal projection for your specific phenotype.
