What surgery is best for close set eyes

For reference my medial canthus’ are exactly 1 eye apart, not bad right? Well my pfl, specifically width, is absolutely fucking HORRIBLE, straight DOGSHIT, like my eyes don’t even fit my wide fucking ogre face, it looks like someone plastered the wrong buttons on my shit, so anyways, what surgeries would you recommend to improve IPD and PFL, because canthoplasty would make me look retarded cuz my eyes are already close set as fuck, and I have no idea if its even possible to improve close set IPD and narrow palpebral fissure width through surgery
