No surgery tbh. Implants in the cheekbone area are usually kinda shit. Giant seems to be goodish at it, but good luck seeing him with his massive waitlist.

There is also always Lefort 2 and 3, but good luck convincing a surgeon to give you that unless you are actually deformed. I heard rumors that some people have gotten underground Lefort 2 by paying dr's 100k+ to give it to them secretly (without the medical board of the country finding out).

Fillers might help, but they last for 2 years and will end up fucking up your face in the long run.
