tbh actually your biggest failos are :
- skin
- hairline
- upper eyelid exposure and under-eye circles

i'd say you need : forehead reduction + hair transplant (even though it looks like you already had one and donor is weak)
- dermaroller + skin treatments ( Laser MD ultra , carbon peel , hydrafacial , micro-dermabrasion )
- infraorbital rim implant
- upper-eyelid fillers
- jaw can also be improved with fillers
