Rhino/septoplasty and i cant tell if ur infras are recessed but if they are then get implants that should be around $10k

U could prob just softmax and look better lol ur bones are already good just get on low dose accutane and topical minoxidil for the eybrows and also a hair cut

what would ascend you the most costs more than 10k
id recommend just growing a thick beard and softmaxxing (skin, eyebrows, etc) for now. Could also get fat grafting around the eyes if you want

if you wanna ascend more, save up 50k and get cw bimax + jaw angle implants
