What surgery should I get to fix jaw development issues.

I know im downward grown to a degree, is there any surgery (no implants) that could give me enough rotation and forward development to fix my nose bump without a rinoplasty.

My goal would be to simply put my bone and face to what it was supped to be if I had proper facial development with the least invasive procedures.

Im not sure if I would need a genioplasty for my chin.

I have a deviated septum that I’m going to see an ent for but if I can get ccw rotation and forward growth that could fix the dorsal hump I’ll just opt for only a septoplasty

That's not how this works. CCW rotation is not something that you just go to the surgeon and ask them to perform.

Your nose, do you not see that it's already upturned?

If you do CCW(assuming you even are a candidate), you will upturn your nose even more and you will look like this

That is a very feminine nose and looks like shit on men. Also you will look like this from the front as your nose is giga upturned.

Your issue is really the fact that you have too big of a chin and a slight dorsal hump. A rhino and chin reduction is what you should be eye balling.

I wouldn't even bother with the rhino as it's so minuscule.

Again, I'm not a surgeon and you should not take my word as an absolute, but that is the general idea.
