What surgery should i get to fix my nose or do i need any?

i’m 16 yo atm, if my nose won’t get better in a year or 2 (which after that it probably won’t natutally)

Only the philtrum is long and the nose is small compared to the face I dont know if you can fix this with rhinoplasty

substantially lengthening/shortening the nose with rhino or any surgery that matter is pretty much impossible, only thing you could do is get your collumella grafted to lengthen it to give the illusion of the nose being longer & shorten your philtrum

dude. Get a lip lift not a nose surgery. Just a lip lift will fix your philtrum.
