What surgery to shorten ramus

My ramus is too long but mandible too short, what do I need to fix this

I have class II bite

Just get more forward projection to make up for it no ? What do you mean by too long exactly ?

It means my side profile looks like a L. So it gives me a undrfined jawline and oval dace

Yea bsso might fix that but hard to tell without pics, might need upper jaw surgery too to match the bsso movements
